When we are successful, so are our employees. All employees are eligible for a quarterly bonus program based upon our collective successful results. As targets are achieved, performance bonuses are distributed amongst personnel based upon their individual contribution. During the quarter, we also recognize exemplary performance through an “on the spot” recognition program utilizing gift cards, lunch on us, and public appreciation of efforts.
